Controller connectivity issues
This console is mostly fine, but the included controller often disconnects randomly. It gets really frustrating during online matches. Might need to invest in a different controller, which is annoying for a new system.

Got this for my kids for Christmas, and they haven't stopped playing. The graphics are amazing and the load times are so fast. It's been a big hit in our house.
The console performs great with 4K gaming and Quick Resume is awesome. Sometimes the Wi-Fi signal drops, even though my router is close. It's generally stable, but that occasional hiccup is why it's not a five-star for me.
Games look stunning on my 4K TV. The detail is incredible.
Bought this for my son, but the whole family uses it now. The backward compatibility means we can play all our old favorites, and the new games look fantastic. Setup was super easy right out of the box, and it's surprisingly quiet even when running demanding titles.
