This C-section recovery band really delivered on its promises. The dual layers provide both protection for the incision and comfort, which was exactly what I needed. Being able to use either a hot or cold pack in the same garment was fantastic for managing different kinds of discomfort throughout the day. It offers firm support without feeling overly restrictive, allowing me to move more freely post-surgery.
The support is good, but the material can feel a bit warm, especially with the hot pack inside.
