This block provides excellent support and stability for various poses, making it easier to hold positions longer. I particularly appreciate the contoured edges; they feel much better against my body than the sharp edges of my old block. It's also easy to wipe clean after a workout, which is a big plus for hygiene.

The block is certainly high-density and feels sturdy, which is good for some poses. However, for seated postures or supporting my knees, it feels a bit too rigid and uncomfortable. I was hoping for something with a little more give.
