I use this bolster nightly for relaxation. Placing it under my lower back while lying down helps immensely with tension release. The Sand color is very calming. It's a noticeable upgrade from a rolled-up blanket I used to use; this holds its form perfectly.
The bolster dimensions, while listed, felt smaller in person than I anticipated for full-body support. It's fine for smaller areas like under the neck but less effective for my broader back in certain stretches. I might need a wider one next time. It's well-made otherwise.
Provides great support and comfort for my yoga and stretching routines.
Using this for gentle backbends has been fantastic for my spine. The cylindrical shape provides even, consistent support that really helps open my chest and shoulders. The Midnight color looks very sleek and premium in my yoga space. Would recommend for anyone needing good spinal alignment.
The bolster feels very well-made and durable. The fill provides just the right amount of soft cushioning while still offering firm support, and it hasn't lost its shape. The machine washable cover is a practical feature, making it easy to keep clean. I bought it in Indulge, a beautiful rich color.
