This bolster is exactly what I was looking for in terms of support for my yoga practice. It's firm enough to elevate and support, but still gentle on the body, especially for longer holds. The cover is soft and easy to clean, which is a big plus. It's a significant upgrade from using stacked blankets.
The bolster itself feels like good quality, and the eQua microfiber cover is soft. However, at 28 inches long, 10 inches wide, and 5 inches high, it's just not quite big enough for full-body support for someone my size. It feels a bit narrow when lying on it for extended periods, and I find myself needing to adjust frequently. Wish it came in a larger option.
I've been using this bolster in Sage Solid for a couple of months now, and it's holding up beautifully. The fill material provides just the right amount of cushion and firm support; it doesn't sink in. Plus, being able to machine wash the cover is a huge bonus for hygiene and keeping it fresh.
This rectangular bolster is fantastic for chest opening and back support. It holds its shape really well, unlike my old pillow which would flatten out. The Midnight color looks quite sophisticated too.
This bolster is exactly what I needed for my restorative practice. The Solana Sand color is lovely and blends well with my other yoga props. It provides excellent support without being too firm, making those longer holds much more comfortable.
