This attachment does provide good compression, and the material feels durable. However, I found the fit a bit awkward around my shoulder area; it felt a little restrictive. More size options beyond just Left/Right would be helpful for different body types.
Using this for shoulder and bicep recovery, and it's made a huge difference. The premium grade zipper and hook-and-loop straps make it easy to get a secure fit. It feels much better than my previous methods for targeting arm soreness. This is a solid piece of gear for anyone serious about recovery.
