This massager is effective for muscle relief, but I find it a bit too heavy at 1.7 lbs to comfortably use on myself for long periods. My arm gets tired trying to reach my upper back. Perhaps a slightly lighter model would be better for personal use.
Using this before bed really helps me unwind and get a better night's sleep.
Three speeds are perfect for different muscle groups, and it’s very powerful.
This percussion massager helps melt away daily tension, especially in my shoulders.
My chiropractor actually recommended this for persistent knots in my back, and it's been a fantastic investment. The 12mm amplitude delivers a really satisfying deep tissue massage, and the battery lasts long enough for several sessions before needing a charge. It’s not too heavy to hold for extended periods either, which is great for reaching those awkward spots on my own. Very impressed with the build quality.
