The overall quality and comfort of the bag are good, especially the back panel. However, the drawstring closure under the flap makes accessing the main compartment less efficient than a full zipper. It feels a bit clunky to open and close quickly when I'm on the go. Also, the external laptop sleeve could use a little more padding on the bottom for extra protection.
This pack works great for my commute to the office and then the gym. The external laptop sleeve is really convenient for quick access, but the drawstring top can be a bit slow when you're in a hurry. Overall, it's a very solid choice.
The bag looks great, and the navy color is a nice change from basic black. The main compartment opening with the drawstring takes a little getting used to compared to a full zipper, making quick access a bit trickier sometimes. Still, it's a sturdy and comfortable pack for daily use.
The build quality of this bag is incredibly robust. It's made from recycled nylon, which feels very durable and I appreciate the sustainability aspect. The dual laptop sleeves are super useful for separating work and personal tech, and the RidgeBack panel makes it comfortable even when fully loaded. The water bottle pockets expand well to fit my larger bottles.
