This bench is fantastic for a smaller home gym. Its footprint is very manageable, and the fact that all the essential weights and bands fit inside is brilliant for space-saving. Setup was a breeze; only minimal assembly was needed, which meant I could get started with my routine almost immediately. The build quality feels very reliable, even with the lighter composite material, and it holds my weight without any wobbling, unlike my previous bench.
I've been using this with Shaun T's BODi program, and it really does bring a studio feel to my living room. The composite material makes it light enough to move from room to room, but it still feels incredibly robust during use. The integrated storage keeps everything tidy, which is a huge plus in a smaller space. Having all the weights and bands neatly tucked away makes a big difference compared to my old setup with scattered equipment.
We got this for our outdoor workout area, and it's perfect. The assembly was quick, just a few steps, and we were using it in no time. All the stored accessories mean we have everything we need right there.
This bench is incredibly lightweight, making it easy to move around my garage gym when I need more space. It's surprisingly durable despite the composite material, holding up well to all my workouts. The included resistance bands and dumbbells are a great bonus.
Wish it had some adjustability, but it’s a good fixed bench and very sturdy.
