This system provides a fantastic workout and the quality of the premium nylon webbing is evident. The cool grey color looks sleek, and the cam-lock adjusters work smoothly for quick changes. My only quibble is that it only includes the carabiner, so you have to purchase an anchor separately to use it, which wasn't immediately clear. Once I got an anchor, it’s been incredibly effective for my home routine, much better than my old door frame setup.
