Living in an apartment, this door anchor is absolutely crucial for my workouts. It converts any door into a versatile training station without taking up permanent space. Its compact size is perfect for my small living area.
The anchor itself is solid and does a good job holding my suspension trainer. It protects the door well, and the material feels durable. My only issue is with older, thicker doors; it's a tight fit on some of them, making it less universal than I hoped. Works perfectly on standard interior doors though.
Switched to this after my old anchor started fraying. This one feels much more substantial with its durable nylon webbing. It's reassuringly stable during dynamic exercises and definitely doesn't scratch the door.
I had trouble getting this to fit over my front door as it's a bit thicker than an interior door. It only really works on my bedroom door, which limits where I can set up my workout. The foam padding seems to do its job, but the overall fit is an issue for me.
Couldn't be easier to use and it holds up perfectly.
