The pods themselves are fantastic for improving cognitive processing during workouts. The pre-defined activities in the app are well-designed and engaging for my speed training. My only minor issue is that one of the pods sometimes takes a few tries to connect to the Bluetooth, which can interrupt a session. Otherwise, it's a solid tool.
