Finally, a weighted vest that doesn't feel like it's trying to cut off my circulation! The shoulder straps are genuinely comfortable, even when I'm putting in a 60-minute rucking session with 20lb plates. The Black Multicam looks fantastic and it's surprisingly easy to adjust the fit so it's snug without being restrictive. This vest makes weighted training much more enjoyable and less painful.
The material is very rigid, making it less flexible than I expected.
I've been using this for a few months now with a 20lb plate and it holds up perfectly. The Cordura material feels incredibly tough. Setup was straightforward, just slide the plates in and adjust the straps.
Compared to other vests, the padding on the shoulders here is outstanding. You can really feel the difference when you're loaded up with 30 pounds. It securely holds both front and back plates, making it easy to balance the weight.
The shoulder comfort is excellent, really the best I've tried. My main issue is that it only takes GORUCK plates. This was an oversight on my part, but it limits flexibility if you have other brands.
