Versatile and compact
This mat is so handy for all sorts of outdoor activities. We've used it for park playdates with the kids and as an extra ground cover under our tent. I got the Large size in Puzzled Blue for my hiking trips. It's super easy to clip to my backpack, and the waterproof layer truly works, even on wet grass. The microsuede top is surprisingly comfortable for sitting. My only minor suggestion would be if it offered a tiny bit more cushioning for longer sits on hard surfaces, but for a packable mat, it's very good.
