This water bottle pocket is exactly what I needed for my ruck. It attaches easily to the side and holds my 32 oz Nalgene bottle firmly in place, even during rough movements. The material is very rugged and I don't worry about it tearing.
This pocket is perfect for my Nalgene bottle.
The 1000D Cordura nylon is very rigid, making it hard to get a bottle in and out quickly. It feels like the material could have been a bit more flexible for easier access.
The build quality is excellent, and it attaches very securely to my ruck. My Nalgene bottle fits snugly, almost too snugly at first, which makes getting it out a bit of a wrestle. Over time, I expect it will loosen up slightly for quicker access, but it's definitely not falling out.
This pocket is very well constructed with durable material, and the MOLLE attachment is strong. It holds a standard 32 oz Nalgene perfectly, but the opening is a little stiff when trying to quickly put the bottle back in. It could use a slightly wider or more flexible opening for smoother one-handed use on the go.
