Love this mini leash

Not quite hands-free
I was hoping this would be truly hands-free for my chihuahua, but the adjustable strap just doesn't stay put around my waist when she pulls even slightly. It constantly shifts, requiring me to readjust. For smaller dogs, the hardware also seems a bit bulky.
