★★★★☆
Good, but not perfect
It's a solid chew toy that holds up well, but the erratic bounce is sometimes a little too unpredictable for fetch indoors.

About this item
The Gnawt-a-Rock™ is a durable toy inspired by natural volcanic obsidian formed by rapidly cooling lava from Pacific Northwest volcanoes. Made with natural latex rubber and a faceted surface with an irregular shape, this interactive toy keeps your dog engaged, whether chasing after its erratic bounce or nosing it around as an interactive slow feeder puzzle toy to stimulate their mind. Check out the Gnawt-a-Stick™ and Gnawt-a-Cone™ in our Gnawt-a-Toys Collection inspired by the natural surroundings in Ruffwear’s home of Bend, Oregon. Chew Style: Power Play Style: Fetch & Puzzle Size: 4.5 in (11.5 cm) Diameter Our toys are designed to be interactive – it's just more fun that way. While our toys suit a range of play styles, dogs can be crafty and determined chewers, so supervised play is recommended. If any part of the toy becomes loose or detached, take the toy away and discard.

★★★☆☆
Good idea, not quite right for us
The Gnawt-a-Rock in Glacial Blue seemed promising. My dog enjoys nudging it for treats, but it doesn't hold as much kibble as I'd hoped. The material feels durable though.
★★★★★
Super durable for chewers
My pit mix usually destroys toys, but this one has lasted weeks.
★★★★★
Keeps my dog busy!
This toy is perfect for my retriever, he loves pushing it around.
★★★★★
Tough and fun
My power chewer hasn't made a dent in this yet, and she loves it.
