My English bulldog is tough on beds, but the secured cushion is a fantastic feature that prevents him from pulling it out. The orthopedic foam is a big plus for his joints. The fabric does attract hair, which means more frequent vacuuming to keep it looking fresh, especially the charcoal color.
I bought the M size for my border collie. The fabric itself seems sturdy, but after just a few washes, the zipper on the cover has started to snag. It's a hassle to get it back on and off now.
This bed looks so much nicer than his old one; the charcoal color is quite sleek. My older beagle seems to appreciate the orthopedic support. Cleaning the cover is a bit more involved than just throwing it in, as you have to remove the bolsters first.
The fabric feels really soft, both the microvelvet outside and the chenille inside. My dog seems to find it comfortable and it holds up well to her nesting. Just wish the L size was a bit bigger for my large lab.
The bed itself is quite stylish and the material feels durable. My dog is picky and seems to find the foam cushion a little too firm for his liking. He still uses it, but not as much as I hoped.
