While the flavor is decent, the garlic bulbs themselves are quite small in this tin. I found myself needing to use more cloves than usual to get the desired intensity for my stir-fries. It was a bit tedious to peel so many tiny pieces.
The whole bulbs are beautiful and easy to work with. The flavor is profoundly robust and sweet, unlike anything I've found before. It's perfect for roasting whole and serving with meats, adding a deep, satisfying taste.

The flavor of this garlic is definitely stronger and sweeter than store-bought, which is nice. However, a good number of the bulbs in my 250g tin seemed a bit dry. It made them a little harder to peel and less plump than I expected for a premium product.
This Pahadi Pink Garlic is truly special. The bulbs are beautiful and the aroma when I opened the tin was incredible, very earthy and sweet. I've used it in a chicken curry and roasted it with vegetables, and the flavor really comes through. It's so much more robust than any garlic I've bought at my local grocery store; the pungent notes are perfectly balanced with a lovely sweetness. It adds an authentic depth that elevates every dish.
