Great flavor and scent
The whole seeds have a beautiful, sweet fragrance when you toast them. I used them in a pot roast, and the subtle peppery and floral notes were a lovely addition. Very happy with this purchase.
Grown on the Sakariya family farm amidst custard apples, guavas, and heirloom wheat, our Nandini coriander is named after the Sakariya family's beloved cow, the undisputed matriarch of their regenerative farm. It's a variety that Dharmesh, a third generation farmer and natural farming expert has keenly developed for its incredible fragrance and vibrant coloring.

The seeds arrived fresh and aromatic, making a noticeable difference in my cooking.
This coriander didn't quite live up to the description for me. I used it in a chicken curry and the vibrant citrus notes I was hoping for weren't really there. It was fresh, but fairly muted compared to other whole coriander I've used.
The citrusy undertones really shine through in this coriander, perfect for fish rubs.
I’m so glad I decided to try the Nandini Coriander. The description of bright, citrusy, and sweet is absolutely accurate. I've been grinding these fresh for my Indian cooking, and the aroma alone is intoxicating. It adds such a fresh, lively character to my curries and even a simple lentil dal. This is now my go-to coriander for everything.
