Found this chilli powder too salty for cooking.
The chilli itself has a fantastic flavor and just the right amount of heat to warm you up without overwhelming. It's really good for spicing up a quick dal or some roasted vegetables. However, I do find it a bit on the salty side for my taste, so I have to adjust other salt in the recipe. Still, a solid addition.
I'm always looking for high-quality spices, and this Guntur Sannam chilli powder does not disappoint. The pungent, vibrant notes really stand out and give a wonderful depth to anything I cook. It's a medium-hot, so it's versatile enough for different palates but still delivers a satisfying warmth. Excellent for all my Indian recipes.
This chilli powder has a fantastic medium-hot kick with great depth.
I really appreciate knowing where my food comes from, and the story behind this chilli is wonderful. Beyond that, the flavor itself is excellent. It's got a lovely medium-hot heat and a very fresh, vibrant profile that truly enhances Indian dishes. This is definitely a higher quality chilli powder than I usually find.
