The flavor is undoubtedly robust and warm, with a good balance of sweet and spicy. For robust holiday dishes or a strong coffee, it's perfect. However, for a lighter, more nuanced pastry, I still prefer a milder cinnamon. It’s a high-quality product, but understand its intensity before buying for all uses.
