Great flavor and heat
Very good chili flakes, just wish the container was larger for the price point.
Our Cobanero Chili Flakes are a rare Maya variety of chili pepper with a fierce, bright, slightly smoky heat and a lush, fruity, peachy aroma. The chilis are grown in the mountains around the city of Cobán, Guatemala. They're spicier than serrano peppers and in the same range as cayenne. Perfect for anyone who appreciates true chili flavor! See how this compares to our other chilis.

I love the smoky flavor these flakes have. They're spicier than serrano, which is what I was looking for, but still have a nice depth to them. This container has been a great addition to my spice cabinet.
These flakes deliver on the fierce, bright heat and delicious smoky, fruity aroma.
These are the real deal if you appreciate a true chili flavor from Central America. The heat hits you just right, and the subtle fruitiness really enhances the overall experience. Definitely buying this again when I run out.
I expected a fierce heat like cayenne, but these flakes are nowhere near that level for me. The flavor is fine, but the spice is too mild for what I was looking for. It's a disappointing purchase considering the description.
