Nice umami
The flavor is excellent for dipping, though it can be a bit overpowering if not careful.

The flavor was fine, but not distinct enough to justify the higher price point for me.
I'm always looking for ways to improve my home cooking, and this soy sauce is a revelation. The depth of flavor is truly incredible; it's so much more nuanced and rich than any other soy sauce I've used. You can tell the quality ingredients make a huge difference. I use it for stir-fries, dipping sushi, and even in some of my salad dressings. It truly brings an elevated, restaurant-quality taste to my meals. A must-try for any food lover.
I was looking forward to trying this but found the flavor to be much more intense and concentrated than my usual go-to soy sauce. It definitely has a strong umami profile, but it overshadowed other flavors in some of the dishes I made. I think it would be better suited for specific recipes where a very bold soy flavor is desired, but it's not quite versatile enough for my everyday cooking. It might be better as a dipping sauce rather than a general cooking ingredient.
This is a truly exceptional soy sauce. The umami flavor is incredibly deep and sophisticated, far superior to anything from a regular store. It makes all the difference in my Asian-inspired dishes, from marinades to finishing sauces. I'm so glad I decided to try it.
