The flavor of this mustard is really unique and has a nice savory profile. I enjoyed the blend of bell peppers and paprika. However, I was hoping for a bit more heat from the hot paprika mentioned. It's only a very gentle warmth, so if you like things spicier, you might find it a little mild. Still a solid mustard for various uses.
I was excited for this but the taste just didn't work. The caraway was too strong for my preference, making it taste a bit too earthy and not enough like the Hungarian flavors I expected. It wasn't the sweet paprika forward flavor I was hoping for.
