Taste is amazing
The flavor profile on this honey is simply incredible. It’s light and bright, making it a perfect addition to my morning toast. Love the sustainable harvesting aspect too.
The lightest of the three woodland honeys, with bright citrus and soft floral notes. Drizzle it over yogurt and berries, stir it into tea, or spoon it onto a cheese board next to something soft and creamy. It's the one to reach for when you want the honey itself to be the flavor. Our woodland honeys, born from a partnership with the late Dr. Jane Goodall and made in ongoing collaboration with The Jane Goodall Institute, are raw, unfiltered and sustainably harvested from the woodlands of Western Tanzania. Really impressed with the quality and flavor of this honey.
The honey is definitely raw and has a good texture. The flavor is a little milder than I typically prefer for a special honey, though the citrus notes are pleasant. It's good, but I might try a different variety next time for more intensity.
This Amber Woodland Honey is exceptional. The flavor is so clean and pure, with delicate citrus notes that make it perfect for a variety of uses. It's fantastic drizzled over fruit or even just by the spoonful. A true gourmet treat.
I bought the 12 oz glass jar as a gift for my sister, and she absolutely loves it. She's a big tea drinker and appreciates the delicate, bright flavor. She also mentioned how much she likes that it's sustainably harvested.
