Not for cooking
I tried to use this for sautéing vegetables, and the flavor totally disappeared. It tasted almost burnt. This oil isn't versatile enough if you want something you can cook with, so it's not useful for my kitchen.
Like a sprinkle of flaky salt or the squeeze of a good condiment, Drizzle adds a big pop of flavor right before you dig in. (That’s why it’s called a finishing oil!) Drizzle’s flavors are sensitive, though, so keep it off the heat.

The flavor is excellent, just remember it's not for cooking with heat.
This oil has such a pleasant, bright flavor with just the right amount of peppery notes. It’s absolutely wonderful for dipping fresh bread, making it a simple yet elegant appetizer every time.
This finishing oil is exactly what my cooking needed, the taste is robust and bright. It really brings a dish together, especially when drizzled over roasted potatoes or a simple tomato salad.
I’m consistently impressed by the quality of this olive oil. The robust flavor profile, with its peppery and bright notes, makes it perfect for drizzling over so many different dishes. It's become my go-to for salads and dips, truly making them sing without much effort.
