Worth trying for sure
The blackberry flavor is subtle but really brightens dishes.

The fruit notes are elegant, not overpowering at all.
This balsamic is so good it barely lasts in our kitchen. The blackberry and zinfandel notes are perfectly balanced. It's wonderful on salads, vegetables, and even as a glaze for chicken.
The raw, double-fermented process really makes a difference here. The texture is smooth and the flavor of the California zinfandel grapes combined with ripe Triple Crown blackberries is deep and complex. It's fantastic for dipping good bread or finishing a grilled steak, giving everything a distinct, elevated taste that's a step above typical balsamic vinegars I've used.
I was really looking forward to trying this but the blackberry flavor was not what I expected. It had a very strong, almost bitter, aftertaste that just didn't work for me. It wasn't the sweet and tart balance I was hoping for in a balsamic.
