A delightful blend
This is a truly delightful coffee blend that I find myself reaching for daily. The complexity is just enough to keep it interesting without being overly bold.
Southern Weather embodies everything we love about specialty coffee and has evolved into a foundational blend. We brew this in our own cafes as a “House” filter option and love how it balances the relationship between modern citric acidity flavors with full bodied chocolates. This comfortable, yet surprisingly complex and sophisticated coffee is approachable to all. It performs well on its own for the purist or with fats such as dairy or plant based beverages, making it a true answer for all coffee needs.

The flavor profile is incredibly balanced, with a beautiful interplay between the bright citrus and rich chocolate notes. It never tastes too acidic or too bitter, always hitting that sweet spot of a perfect medium roast. I appreciate that it tastes just as good black as it does with a splash of cream. It’s my favorite blend for any brewing method.
The flavor profile of this coffee is truly fantastic.
I was surprised by how much delicious flavor this coffee has. It truly has a balanced taste, with bright citrus notes that aren't overwhelming and a smooth chocolate finish. I've tried it in both my drip machine and as a cold brew, and it performs wonderfully in both. It's become my new favorite daily brew and a definite upgrade from my previous brand.
The aftertaste of this coffee is just as pleasant as the initial sip. It's clean, smooth, and leaves a lovely chocolatey hint without any bitterness.
