Good, but not daily
This Fairlane Blend has a truly interesting flavor profile that stands out. For me, it's more of a special occasion coffee than something I'd want every single day due to its distinctiveness.
The coffee has been defined as "describing spaces that lie beyond the normal range of human experience." Soon it will also be defined as "that coffee from Onyx that I am in love with and completely redefined my relationship with coffee.

The flavor was far too strong and unusual for my morning routine.
I've been searching for a new go-to espresso bean, and this is it. The Doyenne Green bag of whole beans smells amazing even before grinding. It produces a fantastic crema and a really smooth shot every time; my old brand can't even compare.
I bought the 10oz Case Pack and I'm so glad I did. The flavor profile is unlike anything I've experienced; it’s complex without being overwhelming. It makes fantastic espresso and even better drip, truly an all-around winner.
I generally prefer a simpler, more straightforward coffee. This Fairlane blend, while definitely complex as advertised, was just too much for my palate. It felt almost overwhelming in its distinctiveness, making it difficult to just enjoy a regular cup.
