Rich and delicious
This dark roast is incredibly rich and full-bodied without any bitterness. It's exactly what I'm looking for in a strong coffee. Brews perfectly in my drip machine.
While most of our coffees thrive on the lighter side of roasting, there is a culture dedicated to the dark side. The traditional European style of coffee is still prevalent in many parts of the world and we honor this by crafting Eclipse—our most developed offering. The origin will change with seasonality but remains darker than a Darren Aronofsky movie at midnight.

This coffee has a wonderful bold flavor that truly stands up as a dark roast. It’s very smooth without any bitterness, which is a big plus. It makes a satisfying cup of drip coffee every time. My only minor complaint is that the aroma isn't as rich as some other dark roasts I've tried. Still, a solid choice for quality and taste.
I generally enjoy a strong dark roast, and this one has some good qualities, particularly its boldness. However, I found it lacked the depth of flavor I usually expect from a premium dark roast. It’s a bit one-note for my palate, and I've had better for the amount it costs. It's fine for a quick cup, but I probably won't repurchase the 2lb bag.
Bought the 5lb bag of whole bean, and it's perfect for my espresso machine. The flavor is rich and consistent, making a fantastic shot every time. My wife enjoys it as a pour-over too.
This coffee has a very strong flavor that was a bit too overwhelming for my regular morning cup.
