Been looking for a reliable medium roast with good depth, and this is it. The chocolate notes are prominent but not overpowering, and it finishes smoothly. It’s an easy-drinking coffee that still has plenty of character. Tastes even better than the last blend I tried.

Was hoping for more of the described chocolate and caramel notes, but it tasted pretty muted to me. Brewed it a few ways, but it just fell flat for my preference.
