Delicious and balanced
The balance of flavors in this coffee is really impressive. You can taste the dark chocolate and the hint of red berries without one overpowering the other.
Flying Jewel is the nickname for a hummingbird in the remote coffee-growing areas of Peru: a vital part of the ecological system. This blend combines coffee from Peru with Ethiopian and Sumatran lots to create a harmonious fusion of robust flavors. We tasted dark chocolate, red berries, and sweet cream. 🌎Origin: Sumatra, Peru, & Ethiopia 💦 Process: Washed & Natural 🔬 Variety: Various 🔥 Roast: Medium - Light ⚖️ Bag Size: 10.9 oz

Was really disappointed by this. The coffee just tasted watery, even when I used more grounds than usual. Didn't get any of the promised chocolate or berry notes.
So fragrant and the taste is bright and smooth.
I'm usually a big fan of red berry notes in coffee, but something about this blend didn't quite hit the mark for me. It had a slightly sour aftertaste that I wasn't expecting.
I typically prefer a bolder coffee, and this blend felt a little too subtle for my taste. While it wasn't bad, the dark chocolate notes were quite faint and didn't provide the richness I usually look for in a morning cup. It might be better for someone who enjoys a lighter, more delicate flavor.
