This flannel is exactly what I was looking for. The Brick Plaid color is versatile and the 7.5-oz organic cotton is incredibly soft yet substantial. My boyfriend wears it often, confirming the comfort. He usually wears an XL, and the XL (44) fit him true to size, with good length in the body and sleeves.
The fabric is both rugged and very soft to the touch.
The fabric weight is substantial and feels very durable.
This shirt quickly became a favorite for casual wear. The standard fit in my usual size L (42) is just right, not too tight or baggy.
The shirt shrunk more than expected after the first wash, even following the care instructions for cold wash and low tumble dry. It made the sleeves a bit too short for my liking.
