The fabric on these shorts is impressive, very durable yet breathable. I appreciate the water-repellent finish; it's handy for unexpected light rain showers. My only minor complaint is the 8-inch inseam feels just a touch longer than I usually prefer for casual shorts. They're still comfortable for daily wear, but I wish they hit slightly above the knee on me.
