The comfort as a cushion is decent, and the blanket part does provide warmth. However, when it's packed down, it's quite bulky, taking up more space in my bag than I anticipated. The 15x15x4 inch packed size makes it less portable for everyday use.
This blanket converts from cushion to full size very smoothly. It's lightweight enough to carry with other gear but still provides excellent warmth and padding. The recycled materials are a nice bonus.
