Disappointing support
I bought the firm pillow, hoping for solid support, but it's far too soft. My head sinks right through, and I wake up with a stiff neck. It feels more like a decorative pillow than something for actual sleeping.

Feathers poke through
After only a few weeks, I started feeling sharp feather quills poking through the sateen shell. It's really uncomfortable and makes it impossible to get good rest. I'm very disappointed with the quality given the premium claim. I've had cheaper down pillows that didn't have this issue.
