The Blue Salt/Char color is really striking and complements my kitchen aesthetic well. I use these almost daily for everything from stir-frying to serving, and the silicone holds up beautifully to high temperatures. The only minor downside is remembering to separate the wooden handles for hand washing, as tossing everything in the dishwasher would be more convenient.
The wooden handles started to show wear quickly despite careful hand washing. I expected more durability for everyday use and find them more trouble than they're worth.
