The blade is definitely sharp and it handles tasks like mincing garlic well. However, the overall weight feels a bit too light for my personal preference, I prefer a knife with a bit more heft for control. Also, not being dishwasher safe means a bit more effort in cleanup, which can be annoying after a big meal.
