The knife performs okay for slicing, but it's a real inconvenience that it's not dishwasher safe. Hand washing it after every use adds extra time to clean-up, which is something I wasn't expecting with a modern kitchen tool. It feels a bit delicate too.
The wavy blade design really does make a difference for cleaner cuts. It feels solid in hand, and I use it almost daily for various tasks. Great addition to my kitchen tools.

Was looking for a good bread knife, but this smaller serrated blade is so much more. It's fantastic for delicate items like peaches and even works really well on cakes without tearing them. The Cool Neutral color looks great in my kitchen too. Definitely a new favorite in my knife block.
