It cuts well, but the 'no dishwasher safe' warning is a bit inconvenient for daily use. I found myself reaching for an older knife just because cleaning this one felt like a chore.
This knife cuts through everything effortlessly, really happy with the sharpness.
This Green knife is now my go-to for everything from herbs to fruit.
Got this for my wife, and she loves it. The Green handle is a nice touch, and she says it's incredibly sharp for julienning vegetables. A solid, well-made piece of equipment.
