Impressive performance
Got this as a gift for my wife who bakes a lot of sourdough. She says it's incredible how smoothly it cuts. The Green handle is also a very nice touch.

The weight of this knife feels just right in my hand, very balanced. It cuts through everything from bagels to baguettes like butter. So glad I upgraded to this one.
The blade on this knife is indeed very sharp and slices bread nicely. However, the handle feels a bit too small for my hands, making it uncomfortable during extended use. It's a shame, because the blade itself performs well.
This knife is incredibly sharp and makes precise slices every time.
No more squishing loaves trying to slice them. This knife has a comfortable grip and a beautiful blade. It makes preparing sandwiches much quicker and neater.
