Sharp and well-made
This knife feels very sturdy and the blade is exceptionally sharp for dicing. The handle color is slightly muted in person compared to the pictures online, but it's a minor detail.
A true triple threat, our Santoku knife makes easy work of chopping, dicing and mincing. It’s ideal for fast, precision cuts, with a wide face and sheepsfoot (point-free) design that some prefer to a chef’s knife. Powerful and versatile, with 67 layers of Japanese Damascus steel, it boasts an astonishingly sharp blade.

The sharpness makes chopping a lot easier than with my previous knives. The handle material needs careful handling as it feels a bit less grippy if your hands are wet. Still, a good knife overall.
This knife is incredibly sharp and makes quick work of any vegetable.
The blade on this santoku knife is impressively sharp and slices through everything with ease. The handle, while comfortable, feels a little lighter than I expected for a knife this size. Still, it performs well.
It's very sharp and works well, though the green handle is not quite as vibrant as I imagined.
