Deboning a whole fish was a pleasure with this incredibly sharp and flexible blade.
This boning knife has a great edge and the blade flexibility is excellent for working around joints. It really performs well with chicken and fish. Just remember, it needs careful hand washing to maintain its finish.
The blade is incredibly sharp and flexes perfectly for boning. It makes short work of poultry and fish. The green Pakkawood handle looks great, but feels a little slick if my hands get wet during prep.
Brought this for my dad who loves fishing, and he's really impressed with it. He said it makes preparing his catch much easier. The flexibility of the blade is a definite plus.
