Not quite what I expected
I was looking for a really firm spatula for heavier items like burgers, but this one is a bit too soft and flexible for that. It struggles to get under denser foods without bending too much. It's okay for lighter frying, but for what I primarily bought it for, it's not ideal. The Broccoli color is nice though.
