The colander works for basic draining and steaming, and the silicone is certainly easy to clean. However, I found that as a splatter guard, it doesn't always contain all the grease, especially with more vigorous frying. Also, the flexibility of the silicone, while good for storage, sometimes makes it a bit unstable when lifting it full of heavy potatoes. It’s decent, but not perfect for all its advertised uses.

It generally works well for rinsing and steaming, and the heat resistance is good. However, the silicone feels a little less rigid than I expected, especially when it's full of heavy items. It tends to bend a bit if not supported perfectly, making me concerned about accidental spills.
