The cushion does not fit my HALO Tranquil Nursery Glider correctly, despite being advertised as compatible. The seat cushion is too wide and bulges out at the sides. This makes the glider uncomfortable and looks terrible in the nursery.
Bought this for my wife to go with her existing glider. The extra thick padding is exactly what she needed for comfortable rocking sessions with our little one. The herringbone fabric is really nice and feels durable. It was super easy to install, just slipped right on. She appreciates the soft feel and the added support during those longer feeding times, especially since her old cushion was getting flat.
This cushion definitely feels thicker than the original one that came with my Tranquil glider, and the microfiber fabric is soft. It was easy enough to slip on, which was a relief with a newborn. However, after about a month of nightly use, I can already feel it starting to compress in the seat area. For an "upgraded foam" cushion, I was hoping for more lasting support. It's an improvement, but not quite the plushness I was expecting.
This cushion makes those middle-of-the-night feedings much more comfortable.
