The design of this nightstand is quite attractive and it fits the mid-century modern aesthetic well. However, the pre-drilled holes for the drawer knob weren't perfectly aligned, making the knob sit slightly crooked. It's a minor detail but noticeable.

Very poor quality wood
The materials used for this nightstand are quite flimsy. The MDF veneer scratches very easily, and I noticed a small chip right out of the box. Considering it's meant for kids, I expected something more durable. I'm concerned about how long it will hold up with daily use and minor bumps.
