The 12 oz Desert Rose mug loses its ability to slide smoothly after just a few weeks of use. I've cleaned it carefully, but it still sticks. This makes one-handed operation difficult, which was the main reason I bought it.
The 12 oz Hazy Blue keeps drinks warm okay, but the lid is a pain. Coffee builds up in the sliding mechanism and it's hard to clean thoroughly. I'm constantly worried about it getting unsanitary.
