Wanted something special for everyday meals and these Grid Martini napkins are perfect. The double-sided design is a clever detail, offering versatility for different moods. They feel substantial and soft, making even a casual dinner feel more elegant.
While the fabric itself is nice and the idea of a double-sided napkin is clever, the Grid Vino pattern was just too much for my table. The free-form lines combined with the orthogonal ones made it feel a little chaotic, rather than 'marvelously wonky' as described. It's a shame because the cotton shantung feels luxurious, but the visual noise was distracting during dinner.
The Grid Martini napkins are pretty, but they wrinkle up badly after washing.
